  • Working Environment Monitoring
    Paiho implements labor operation environment monitoring, a qualified third-party testing organization should be commissioned to conduct annual operation environment monitoring in the factories. This monitoring should include factors such as noise, temperature, humidity, wind speed, light, and electromagnetic fields, which may vary depending on the production process of each factory. In 2024, certain noise measurement points at Taiwan Paiho Limited and Vietnam Paiho Limited did not meet regulatory standards. In response, hearing protection awareness and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage training were provided to personnel working in high-noise areas. Additionally, special health examinations for hazardous operations, including annual hearing monitoring, are conducted to track employees’ auditory health.

  • Occupational Health Services
    Paiho employed full-time nurses and engaged occupational physicians to deliver on-site health services, and has established medical clinics at certain manufacturing sites. Paiho places great emphasis on employee health and exceeds regulatory requirements by conducting annual general health examinations for employees who have completed one year of service. Taiwan Paiho also implements the statutory workers’ health service program in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, including Prevention Plan for Diseases Induced by Abnormal Workloads, Ergonomic Hazard Prevention Program, Ergonomic Hazard Prevention Program, and Prevention Plan for Unlawful Infringement in the Execution of Duties.

  • Health Promotion
    Paiho aims to provide a safe and secure working environment that promotes both physical and mental health for its employees. Paiho actively promotes employee health and wellness through various initiatives, including health promotion seminars, health screenings, blood donation drives, weight loss programs, and sports competitions. In particular, Taiwan Paiho Limited has been dedicated to implementing workplace health promotion programs. Since 2021, annual weight loss competitions have been organized. Beginning in 2022, the Company established employee sports clubs, including basketball and badminton clubs, aiming to encourage employees to develop healthy leisure habits and achieve a work-life balance.
