- Occupational Safety and Health Policy
Prioritizing workplace safety and a comfortable, healthy working environment, the Company has established the ''Environmental Health and Safety and Energy Policy''. All operational activities are conducted in strict compliance with occupational safety and health regulations, with ''risk management'' and ''continuous improvement'' serving as core management principles. The Company proactively enhances the workplace, manufacturing equipment, and operational methods to ensure the safety and health of employees and stakeholders.
- Occupational Health and Safety Management System
To create a more employee-friendly and safe working environment, Paiho established an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) in accordance with ISO 45001:2018 standards in 2022 and obtained third-party certification. The system has been continuously maintained and certified through 2024.
- Occupational Safety and Health Committee
Paiho complies with occupational safety and health regulations set forth by local governments at all operational sites. Accordingly, an Occupational Safety and Health Committee (OSHC) has been established at each location, convening quarterly meetings, attended by the Chairperson, Executive Secretary, department managers, labor representatives, occupational safety and health personnel, and medical staff, who jointly review and provide recommendations on various occupational safety and health matters.
