The Company’s employment practices comply with local labor regulations and adhere to age restrictions, strictly prohibiting the employment of child labor. As of the end of 2024, the overall age distribution of employees was mainly concentrated between 30 and 49 years old. Female employees accounted for approximately 55.8% of the total workforce, with women representing more than half of employees at all operating sites and over 60% at Paiho Taiwan.
