Supplier Management
In terms of supplier management, raw material suppliers are required to sign a “Prohibited Harmful Substances Certificate,” “REACH SVHC Declaration,” “Supplier Survey Form,” and “Social Responsibility Commitment Letter” to ensure compliance with international hazardous substance regulations before being qualified as approved suppliers. In 2024, a total of 67 new suppliers completed the signing process. As of the end of 2024, over 200 suppliers have signed the “Social Responsibility Commitment Letter,” achieving a 100% signing rate among raw material suppliers. However, Taiwan Paiho plans to revise its internal supplier evaluation questionnaire in 2025. The revised version will be renamed the “Supplier ESG Audit Questionnaire” and will incorporate indicators aligned with the SASB framework. It will cover six major aspects: integrity, labor rights, information security, quality, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety. Subsequent audits of raw material suppliers will be used as a reference for internal factory audits, thereby enhancing the Company’s supplier engagement practices.
