The Company places great importance on environmental sustainability and climate change management. Through energy conservation and carbon reduction, pollution prevention, and waste reduction measures, we minimize the environmental impact of our operations. • Environmental management system and its implementation

1. 1. Environmental Management System
      The Company complies with environmental-related regulations established by the government, (including the “Air Pollution Control Act”, “Water Pollution Control Act”,and “Waste Disposal Act”). In accordance with these regulations, the Company has formulated an Environmental Health and Safety and Energy Policy. ISO 14001 Environmental Management System has been implemented across all operating sites, and regular internal and external audits are conducted to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of system operations.
   2. Implementation
      The Company’s certificate acquisition status in 2024: The certification of ISO 14001 environmental management system: Both of the Company and its subsidiaries in production bases, including Vietnam Paiho Limited, and PT. Paiho Indonesia have obtained certificates. Validity period of the Company’s certificate: November 18, 2022 to November 18, 2025. ( For more information, please visit the “Sustainability Verification” section on this website.) The Company completed 8 environmental and energy management plans in 2024 and 14 more in 2025. In the area of pollution prevention, the Company conducts regular maintenance of pollution control equipment. For waste management, efforts are made to improve yield rates to reduce process waste generation, while also increasing the reuse of textile scraps and sludge.
